I'm currently taking a break to nurture our newest edition to the family.
Look out for classes and pop up events in 2026.
For the last few years, my weekly yoga classes in Stony Stratford have been a space to enjoy joyful movement and develop a greater connection to your body and breath.
I've also held private sessions for groups or individuals and love using these sessions to connect to the breath and hold space for rest.


About my teaching
I'm a huge advocate for the power of play and rest in helping to calm the mind and enhance wellbeing.
I want you to find joy in movement and rest to become the healthiest, happiest, most relaxed version of yourself.
Since my initial 200hr training in Hatha and Vinyasa, I've taken further trainings in Yin and Restorative yoga. I weave these styles through my teaching.
