How to practice
with me
My weekly yoga classes in Stony Stratford are a space for you to enjoy joyful movement, find space to breath and be still, developing a greater connection to your body and breath.
Yoga Flow is a space to play with your practice, while moving with the breath to find a sense of calm.
Bliss Yoga is a soft and stretchy practice, part slow flow, part yin, to help you soften and find ease in the body.
I offer private sessions for groups or individuals and love using these sessions to connect to the breath and hold space for rest.


About my teaching
I'm a huge advocate for the power of play and rest in helping to calm the mind and enhance wellbeing.
I want you to find joy in movement and rest to become the healthiest, happiest, most relaxed version of yourself.
I'm trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga and weave these styles through my teaching.
